Our BCG is manufactured to industry spec by an AS9100 aerospace and defense contractor, and is chambered for 5.56/.223/300BLK. This particular batch has ZRO Delta nitride C158 bolts, paired with Toolcraft carriers, nitride cams, and pins. Excellent grade BCG comparable to the best in the industry!
Meets or exceeds MIL-I-6868, MIL-DTL-16232P & MIL-STD-171.

- Shot peened Crucible C158 hardened steel bolt, H&M nitride coated
- Tool steel extractor and ejector
- Extractor spring, insert, and Viton O-ring installed
- Heavy phosphate coated 8620 steel carrier, chrome lined
- Properly torqued and staked Grade 8 fasteners
- Gas key sealed w/Permatex
- Mil. Std. nitride cam pin and firing pin
- Batch HP and individual MPI
