Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lead and Steel. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact us if the postal service loses your order.
Shipment to APO/FPO addresses
Lead and Steel DOES NOT SHIP to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lead and Steel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lead and Steel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
In order to ensure quick turn-around for your return, we ask you that obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to returning the purchase.
Lead & Steel is happy to accept returns on items that are new and unused with the original manufacturer’s packaging, or items that are defective, within 14 days of order delivery.
In cases where an item is defective, Lead & Steel is happy to pay for the return shipping after the manufacturer is contacted and an OEM replacement is not authorized. In cases where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer covers the return shipping and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the refund.
